In my experience, this lockdown and the ongoing threats “outside” have taken a great physical, mental, and emotional toll on some of my family and close friends. My response, in the absence of racing over and blessing them with my amazing personality LOL, was to buy them a tin of LIFEGAIN^® and a packet of nice rusks to enjoy with coffee through their local Dis-Chem Click & Collect service.

Their improved mood when I picked up on the phone when they rang was amazing. (The adage of when the body feels OK, minds and hearts follow).
