Lifegain^® Share Your Story Competition

Terms and Conditions 

 

Promoter’s Name and Address:

The promoter of this Competition is Lifegain^®, located at 260 Cradock Avenue, Lyttelton, Centurion 0157, South Africa.

 

How to Participate:

Participants can enter by sharing their testimonial stories and filling in the competition form provided on the Lifegain® website. Participants are also encouraged to upload a testimonial video detailing how Lifegain^® has supported and positively impacted their nutritional needs and wellbeing.

 

Start Date:

This promotion will begin on 01 June 2024.

 

Closing Date:

The closing date for this competition will be on 31 October 2024.

 

Selection of the Winner:

Winners will be selected from all correctly submitted entries, including a photo or till slip, in accordance with these terms and conditions, by a panel of judges.

 

The promoter may require the winner (at no fee) to be identified, photographed, filmed, and for this content to be published in any media, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such marketing activities. If a winner declines, they must notify the promoters in writing.

 

The promoter’s decision is final and binding, with no correspondence entered into.

 

Prize:

A winner will win their share of R10 000 in prizes* which consists of a Lifegain® hamper and a blender. 

*Brand of blender may differ from the image advertised.

*Prizes may not be redeemed for cash 

 

Restrictions and Requirements:

– The promoters, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any person directly or indirectly involved in the marketing and supply of goods and services in connection with this Competition, and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners, or associates are not eligible to participate.

– Entrants must be 18 years or older, or if younger, assisted by a parent or legal guardian.

– Entrants must be willing to provide the promoters with personal information, including full name, identity number, age, residential address, and mobile number.

– Entrants must possess a valid South African identity document or passport and be a citizen or permanent resident living in South Africa, or a foreigner legally residing in South Africa.

– If these requirements are not met, the prize will be forfeited. Entrants represent and warrant their eligibility to participate. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

 

Notification of the Results and Receipt of the Prize:

The winners’ names will be published on Facebook. Winners must provide personal information to the promoter to redeem the prize. Failure to respond within 10 days of contact will result in forfeiture, and another winner will be selected.

 

General:

– The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook®, and Facebook® is released of all liability by each entrant. Information is provided to the promoter, not to Facebook®.

– By entering and/or accepting any prize, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

– Participation confirms acceptance of these terms.

– The promoters may amend these terms at any time without notice, effective upon publication on the Facebook® Page.

– Nothing in these terms limits the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraud.

– In case of dispute, the promoter’s decision is final. The promoter can disqualify participants at its discretion for violations of the rules.

– Entrants indemnify and hold harmless the promoter and related parties from claims related to participation or prize use.

– The promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition immediately with notice on the Facebook® page, and all entrants waive any claims against the promoter parties.

– The promoter is not liable for technical failures affecting entry submissions. Winners accept prizes at their own risk; the promoter is not responsible for any prize defects.

– The competition duration may be extended or curtailed at the promoter’s discretion, with notice provided on the Facebook® Page.
