LIFEGAIN® Smoothie Recipes

Tropical Smoothie

  • 30g Lifegain® vanilla powder
  • 120ml cold water
  • 120ml cold low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1ml vanilla essence
  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy chilled
  • Serves 1-2

Berry Nice Smoothie

  • 30g Lifegain® vanilla or strawberry powder
  • 175ml cold low fat milk
  • 100ml smooth strawberry flavoured yoghurt (soy or diary)
  • 100g frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy chilled
  • Serves 1-2

Power up smoothie

  • 30g Lifegain® vanilla powder
  • 200ml cold low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Milo powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (unsalted, unsweetened)
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy chilled

Fun in the sun smoothie

  • 15g Lifegain® Junior vanilla powder
  • 75ml cold water
  • 75ml cold low fat milk

  • 2 Scoops of LIFEGAIN®
  • 1 banana + blueberries, pawpaw or melon or nectarine/plum/peach
  • 1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oat flour or almond flour
  • 200 ml of full cream milk

LIFEGAIN® PROTEIN POWER PANCAKES

• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 scoop Lifegain® protein powder
• 1 banana
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
