LIFEGAIN® Smoothie Recipes
Tropical Smoothie
- 30g Lifegain® vanilla powder
- 120ml cold water
- 120ml cold low fat milk
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1ml vanilla essence
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy chilled
- Serves 1-2
Berry Nice Smoothie
- 30g Lifegain® vanilla or strawberry powder
- 175ml cold low fat milk
- 100ml smooth strawberry flavoured yoghurt (soy or diary)
- 100g frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy chilled
- Serves 1-2
Power up smoothie
- 30g Lifegain® vanilla powder
- 200ml cold low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon Milo powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (unsalted, unsweetened)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy chilled

Fun in the sun smoothie
- 15g Lifegain® Junior vanilla powder
- 75ml cold water
- 75ml cold low fat milk
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

- 15g Lifegain® Junior vanilla powder
- 150ml cold low fat milk

- 2 Scoops of LIFEGAIN®
- 1 banana + blueberries, pawpaw or melon or nectarine/plum/peach
- 1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of oat flour or almond flour
- 200 ml of full cream milk
LIFEGAIN® PROTEIN POWER PANCAKES
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 scoop Lifegain® protein powder
• 1 banana
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
